Our webshop and environmental friendliness
Being environmentally friendly is very important to us, which is why we try to send our parcels as carefully and environmentally friendly as possible.
All our packaging material (the box, the wrapping paper) is reused and we select the smallest possible box to take up as little space as possible during transport.
Shipping within the Netherlands
The shipment of packages is provided by DPD.
When the package has been sent, you will receive a track and trace code with which you can monitor the delivery.
The shipping costs for within the Netherlands are € 6,95.
MHOOM also ships to Belgium, Germany and France
The shipping costs to Belgium are € 13,50, to Germany € 16,50 and to France € 16,50.
Ordered today before 2:00 PM? Shipped same day!
If you place your order with MHOOM before 2:00 PM (before 12:00 PM on Saturday), we will do our best to have the package shipped the same day (provided stock is sufficient).
Please note that if the store is very busy, your package may not be sent until the next workday.
Orders placed on days when we are closed will be processed on the next day we are open again.

You transfer the total amount to our bank account, stating the order number.
The amount due must be credited to our bank account within 2 days.
If no transfer has been made within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Please note when paying from non-IBAN account numbers: we do not accept commission costs (so please contact us first)

Returns (right of withdrawal / trial period)
Both online and offline, MHOOM offers you a trial period of 14 days.
You can return the item within this period. If desired, this can be done by post - please pack it well - you only pay the costs of the return shipment.
We trust that you have handled the item with care. Any damage to the item will be deducted from the purchase amount; it will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
Items purchased in our sale (in-store only) cannot be exchanged or returned.
If there is something wrong with the item you have purchased, let us know as soon as possible (but in any case within 14 days). Then you can return it free of charge.
If possible, you will receive a replacement item; otherwise the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.
Damage caused by careless handling, or not washing or ironing according to the washing instructions, is not seen as a defect or defect.
Exchange or return only with proof of purchase.
